Stephanie serves as the Director of Operations, bringing over 10 years of property management experience to the team. A Vermont native, she oversees all apartment operations and the company's short-term rental portfolio, ensuring both residents and guests enjoy exceptional service and well-maintained homes. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing on Lake George.

Denise, Accounts Receivable, was born in New Hampshire and graduated from St. Michael's College, but Vermont has been her home ever since. At Bissonette Properties, she manages accounts receivable and works closely with tenants on rent collection, always bringing a helpful and approachable attitude. Outside the office, Denise enjoys ballet, running, and spending time with her dog, Bentley.

Trish Laraja is an accomplished finance and accounting professional specializing in strategic financial management, analysis and compliance. Originally from Cape Cod, Trish lives in Colchester and enjoys her life outside of work as a proud mom to her son.

Leasing & Guest Relations Coordinator

Nicole, the Maintenance Coordinator, brings her sunny, problem-solving approach to every task. Hailing from northeastern Vermont, she thrives on building strong relationships and is known for being the calm in the chaos. Outside of work, this proud mother of three (plus one spoiled fur baby) finds joy in books, laughter, food, and spending time in the sun.

Laurie, Administrative Assistant, is born and raised in Vermont! She assists with the daily Administrative operations, is excited to be part of the team growing alongside the company while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two children and their families. She also enjoys nature and fresh air.
