Pet Policy and Insurance
PET POLICY – Bissonette Properties is a pet-friendly Management company and understands the value of having a pet. We ask that you understand the guidelines and are respectful of others.
- Any damages or destruction done to the apartment caused by pet(s) are your responsibility to pay for, or to reimburse the owner.
- We ask that you pick up after your pet and properly dispose of any waste.
- Any noise complaints by other tenants will be addressed separately, you may be asked to remove your pet from the household if there are continued complaints from others.
- Please keep in mind that we will need to enter the unit during your tenancy for inspections, maintenance, and showings and we can not allow pets to hinder our ability to do so.
INSURANCE– Are you insured? It is very important to protect yourself and your personal property with adequate insurance. Your lease provides insurance to your apartment unit only, it does not include insurance for you or your property. We recommend Renters Insurance to protect your belongings. Although we offer parking for most buildings, we cannot guarantee or enforce parking. In most cases each tenant is allowed one parking space per apartment unless specified in the lease. All vehicles parked in a driveway or lot must be registered, inspected and operable.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF DUMPSTERS AT ANY TIME. Bissonette Properties is not responsible for any towing, storage or damage to any vehicle towed. Further, if parking is allowed you may not repair, wash, change oil or otherwise maintain any vehicles, boats or other recreational vehicles on the property.
Upon move in you may be issued a parking tag, if you receive a tag you must place this tag in a clearly visible spot on your vehicle. Any vehicles that do not have a tag or meet these requirements will be towed. Parking is on a first come first serve basis and Bissonette Properties does not regulate or guarantee access to the parking area.
