Denise was born in New Hampshire and graduated from St. Michael's College, but Vermont has been her home ever since. At Bissonette Properties, she manages accounts receivable and works closely with tenants on rent collection, always bringing a helpful and approachable attitude. Outside the office, Denise enjoys ballet, running, and spending time with her dog, Bentley.

Born and raised in Vermont, Stephanie brings over 10 years of property management experience to the team. She oversees all apartment operations as well as the company’s short-term rental portfolio, ensuring both residents and guests enjoy exceptional service and well-maintained homes. After attending the University of Tampa, Stephanie returned to Vermont to raise her family and build her career. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing on Lake George, and relaxing with a good book.
