Subletting

The Tenant must use the contract unit for residence by only those listed on the lease agreement. Tenants may provide reasonable accommodations to guests or visitors who stay less than 30 days total. Tenant may not assign, mortgage, pledge or encumber the lease, or the leased premises, or sub-let the any part of the apartment without written consent from the landlord. Any Sublets' are not considered tenants and have no rights over the lease agreement.
